All First Edition pre-orders ship on 1 October 2026.
- UK standard, 2 to 3 working days, free on every order
- UK next day, order before 2pm, £4.95
- Europe, 3 to 5 working days, £7.95
- Rest of world, 5 to 10 working days, £12.95
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty and local tax. That is payable by you on delivery.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn.
For hygiene reasons underwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, and the hygiene seal and all tags are still attached and intact. Once the seal is broken we cannot accept a return unless the item is faulty.
How to return
Email us with your order number and what you are sending back. We will send you a returns label and address. Refunds land within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including your postage.
Exchanges
Wrong size, send it back unopened and we will send the right one. We cover the postage both ways on the first exchange.
